| Adopts the hydraulic system of the first class, digital proportionate servo valve, full-loop
control, with good response characteristics. The stroke and speed are changed digitally. 1000hpm punch hit; the PUP can be controlled precisely, and the task of processing louver, emboss, extrusion etc can be realized conveniently. The imported pneumatic, hydraulic and electric components ensure the reliability of the
integral machine.
The turret machined in pairs ensures the coaxiaility of the upper and lower parts.
Intelligent clamps move the position automatically according to the real situation, ensuring
"no dead zone".
The vacuum scrap collector ensures the waste drops during the high speed punching, thus
eliminate the rebounding of waste and extend the service life of tooling.
The large lead ballscrew and linear guideway of the first-class level ensures the processing
precision.
The O-typed frame welded with steel plate deflects little and the rigidity is perfect.
The auto-protected clamps can ensure the protecting area is not punched, thus prevent
the tooling and clamps are not damaged and program can run continuously.
Adopting worm-wheel and worm mechanism of high precision, the auto-index, whose
max.diameter is 88.9, can be extended.
The concentrated lubricating devices decrease the friction between each working pair and
increase the service life of the machine.
The integral structure of beam and carriage enhances the rigidity and precision; it also
ensures the smoothness of feeding at high speed and eliminates the dynamic deflection of
X,Y Axes. |
